Business Cards FAQ
How can I order business cards?
A new form must be filled out for each business card order, including repeat orders. An authorization signature is required for order processing. If you are a Dept/Div Chair ordering your own cards, you must get an approving authority to sign for you. Please scan/email completed form to graphics@hawaii.edu or campus mail to UH Graphics. After the approved form is received, a pdf proof will be sent to you for review.

will have a layout charge of $5.00.

How long will it take?
Turnaround time is usually around 1-2 weeks.
There is a $10 rush fee for orders requiring delivery within 4 working days.
Can I get custom designed business cards?
Yes, but there are are some limitations to what we can do. We cannot make arbitrary size/color/font alterations to the standard UH Hilo business card design (this format is standardized by the UH System). We can, however, add pertinent logos, or do 2-sided cards with additional information, images, etc. on the BACK of the card.
Can I get cards in other languages?
Yes, we can do Japanese, Chinese, Hawaiian, etc. if you provide us with the translation.
Can students order business cards?
We do not print cards for student/temporary employees unless a letter of justification, written by an approving authority, is submitted to and approved by our office. It is the approving authority’s responsibility to ensure that UH Hilo Business Cards are properly utilized by students while representing the University. Graphics will not be held accountable for any misrepresentation or other improper use of student business cards.
What kind of paper are the cards printed on?
Our business cards are printed on 120# gloss cover paper.
